Seattle

Delta Connects Seattle is the oldest of our US branches, having been established in 1989. It became part of ESC Automation in 2004 with the acquisition of Northwest Air. And in 2015 joined the Portland office as part of Delta Connects, bringing together the West with US East operations in New York and New Jersey.

We provide customers in Washington State with full building automation (DDC) services, from design to installation; including the integration of other systems into one building management system front end, with our very powerful entleiWEB product. Our certified energy managers also help our customers with energy metering and management services.

Our close relationship with Seattle University, one of our oldest clients, and where we service over 30 buildings, is a great case study of how we can help you realize energy savings.  We also enjoy a wide variety of client relationships, from Camp Murray, the US coast Guard, Bellevue City Hall, the City of Kirkland, Olympia school district, Highline Hospital, WSDOT and King Street Center.

Our team of 26 includes experienced Technicians, engineers, energy managers, electricians and support staff.  We don’t walk away at the end of a construction project, but continue to service many of our sites year after year.  We see our role as making it easy to manage your sites, which is why we provide training for your maintenance team with each system we install, as well as a dedicated 24/7 customer service number.

We’ve already grown out of our first office and have won awards as a high performing Delta Controls Partner.  We’d love to show you how we’ve helped make hundreds of local buildings better.
